School Development Plan

The governing body and school leadership continuously review the effectiveness of the school and lead the process of ongoing improvement.  This takes account of pupil outcomes, the most recent OFSTED inspection and support from other partners such as Herts for Learning.

Following a recent strategic review, we have identified the following priorities for the school over the medium to long-term:

  1. Prepare our learning community for the future, incorporating the most important ‘skills for the future’ into our teaching, values and ethos.
  2. Build formal and informal partnerships to acquire and share knowledge, develop opportunities and expand our pupils’ horizons.
  3. Maximise our facilities and provision.

Our short-term improvement plans for each year are identified in the School Development Plan.
